Return/Refund Policy

Products delivered in good condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a product is not in good condition upon receipt; you have till 2 days to return it after both parties have ascertained its condition.

The conditions below has to be met to be eligible for a return,

  • Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your product must be in the original packaging with its original weight
  • You have to provide a receipt or payment proof.

 

All returned products will attract a delivery/shipping fee

We do not offer Cash Refunds.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return after inspection.

If your return is approved, Please do note, we run a strictly no cash refund policy. Therefore, you can only make an exchange for another product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or resending your item.   

Please make sure you know the rules in your Country as regards shipping of Herbal products, as we won’t be liable for any seizure that may arise due to these rules; If your Package is Seized or Confiscated by Customs, we will not ship another package to you or offer a refund.

Also note that we won’t be held liable if the Shipping Company fails to deliver the package to you due to any issue whatsoever.

All our products are currently shipped directly from Lagos, Nigeria only.
